  • Viewing and managing stock

What is Storage?

Storage is a central place where ApiManager keeps track of your harvested products and inventory quantities.

Common products in Storage include:

  • Honey
  • Wax
  • Pollen
  • Propolis
  • Royal Jelly
  • Venom

Open the Storage screen

  1. Open Storage from the ApiManager menu.

How products enter Storage

Products can be added to Storage in two ways:

  • Automatically from Harvest records
  • Manually by creating a Storage entry

Automatic Storage from Harvests

When you record a harvest:

  1. Open Harvests.
  2. Create a new harvest.
  3. Select product type and quantity.
  4. Save the harvest.

If Storage integration is enabled, ApiManager automatically adds the harvested quantity into Storage.

Manual Storage entry

Use manual entries when:

  • Adding stock from previous seasons
  • Correcting inventory
  • Recording purchases or transfers
  1. Open Storage.
  2. Tap/click Create.
  3. Select product type.
  4. Enter quantity and unit.
  5. Add optional notes.
  6. Save.

Viewing storage stock

Each product shows:

  • Total quantity in stock
  • Unit (kg, lb, g, etc.)
  • Optional product variety (for honey)

Tap/click a product to view its history.

Storage history

Inside a product you can see:

  • Source harvest
  • Manual adjustments
  • Date and quantity

This gives full traceability of your inventory.

Adjusting quantities

If stock needs correction:

  1. Create a new manual storage entry.
  2. Enter positive or negative quantity.
  3. Add a note explaining the change.

Best practices

  • Always record harvests promptly.
  • Use manual adjustments sparingly.
  • Add notes for corrections.
  • Review storage before sales or processing.

Using Storage consistently gives you a clear overview of production, inventory, and product flow throughout the season.
