How to Create Your ApiManager Account

Getting started with ApiManager is quick. In a few minutes you can create your account and access the app on web and mobile (Android / iOS) using the same login.

Before you start

ApiManager is available on modern devices and browsers. For best stability and security, keep your browser and mobile OS updated.

• Android: 4.4 or higher
• iOS: 10.0 or later
• Browsers: Chrome 57+, Firefox 45+, Safari 9+, Opera 43+, Edge 12+, Internet Explorer 11

Step-by-step: Create your ApiManager account

Account registration is done directly from the app’s login screen. Choose the Create Account option and fill out the registration form.

1. Open ApiManager on your phone or on the web app.
2. On the login screen, tap/click Create your account (Sign Up).
3. Enter your details:
   • Email (this is your unique identifier)
   • Username
   • First name and Last name
   • Password and Confirm password (minimum 6 characters)
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Tap/click Create account (Register).
6. After registration, return to the login screen and sign in with your email + password.

Tips for a smooth signup

• Use a real email you can access (you’ll use it for login and account-related messages).
• Pick a clear username if multiple people will work in the same beekeeping operation.
• On phones: if the keyboard covers buttons, scroll down — ApiManager supports vertical scrolling on small screens.
• If you see broken/old UI text after an update: clear your browser cache and reload.

Forgot your password?

On the login screen, use Forgot your password?, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to you.

What to do after you create your account

Once you’re signed in, most beekeepers start with these steps:

• Create your first Apiary (yard)
• Add your Hives
• Record your first Inspection
• Optionally: set up Tasks, add Feedings or Treatments, and start tracking your season

Tip: ApiManager supports offline work on mobile — you can add inspections and notes in the yard and sync when you’re back online.
