Yes. Use the same account on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and the web — your data stays synchronized automatically.

Yes. Account owners can add multiple users and assign roles and permissions so teams or family members can work together on the same apiary data.

Queen (full access), Bee (full content management), and Drone (read-only). You can also customize access to specific features and sections.

Yes. Export apiaries, hives, inspections, feedings, harvests, treatments, finances and reports to Excel or CSV.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and backed up. You can also export to Excel/CSV as an extra offline copy.

Yes. You can enter data without an internet connection. When you’re online again, changes sync automatically.

Yes. ApiManager tracks who created and edited records, and who performed inspections and other actions.

Yes. ApiManager works for hobbyists, sideline beekeepers, and commercial operations managing many apiaries and hives.

ApiManager offers Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium subscriptions. The only difference between plans is the maximum number of hives you can manage. There are no feature restrictions based on subscription level.

Yes. The Free subscription has access to all ApiManager features and functionalities. The only limitation is the maximum number of hives.

Subscriptions are purchased directly inside the mobile app using Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Simply open ApiManager on your phone, go to Buy Subscription, and choose a plan.

ApiManager supports 35+ languages and continues to expand.
