Where queen status is recorded

Queen information is recorded inside the Inspection form. Each inspection can store the current queen status and related notes.

Common queen status options

• Seen — queen was visually observed.
• Not Seen — queen not observed, but signs may be present.
• Laying — eggs or fresh brood observed.
• Not Laying — no eggs observed.
• Virgin — newly emerged virgin queen.
• Missing — queen likely absent.
• Queen Cells Present — supersedure or swarm cells found.

1. Open Inspections from the ApiManager menu.
2. Tap/click Create.
3. Select the apiary and hive.
