How to Sync Data Across Devices in ApiManager

How synchronization works

ApiManager stores your data securely in the cloud. When you log in, your device downloads the latest version of your data. When you create, edit, or delete records, those changes are uploaded to your account and become available on your other devices.

How to sync your data

Method 1: Log in

1. Open ApiManager.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Data synchronization starts automatically.

Method 2: Re-login (refresh sync)

If you suspect something is out of date:

1. Log out of ApiManager.
2. Log in again.
3. The latest data is pulled from the server.

Using multiple devices

• You can use ApiManager on multiple phones, tablets, and computers.
• Always use the same account on all devices.
• Avoid using the same account on two devices offline at the same time.

Syncing after Offline Mode

If you worked offline:

1. Reconnect to the internet.
2. Open ApiManager.
3. Log in again to upload offline records.

Offline entries are uploaded first, then merged with your cloud data.

Best practices

• Log in before starting work in the field.
• Re-login after long offline sessions.
• Use stable internet when possible.
• Check recent records on another device to confirm sync.
